| About this space-- Launch your boat on Big Wolf Lake, park in our secluded canal with dock. Breathe in the zen moments at the 'Lil Carrot" a couple's getaway. U of M football retreat, just 30 miles from the Big House. Enjoy paddle boards, kayaks and pedal boat, pontoon available. Two local wineries are within 6.5 miles. Showing your horse at Waterloo? Enjoy a break between your show - take a shower, use the on-site laundry, or just kick back with the super fast WI-FI connection. Central Air just installed! The space-- Proud to announce that we have completed a total renovation of this cottage in 2019. Upper level is a private bedroom suite with a queen size bed, seating area, and wall mounted television. The new upper bathroom includes a multi jet shower. Main level includes queen size sofa which sleeps two comfortably, however it has no private changing area. Enjoy the under stairwell bar, canal views, and brand new kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and gas range. A bathtub is offered in the lower level bathroom. Washer and dryer, brand new tankless instant water heater, screened in porch, additional seating, an outdoor dock and outdoor shower area. *Please note during winter months we are not providing snow plowing services* *Parking area provides 3 large spaces all year. The sunroom heat lamp is perfect for your morning coffee . 3 Wineries and many walking trails, parks and museums locally. UM football fans -just 30 miles to the Big House. We have dog-friendly accommodations including a dog bed and waste bins. Ask about onsite pontoon rental, May-Oct (billed separately). The space Open floor plan cottage on the canal to Big Wolf Lake. Spacious deck, and fire pit. Free use of small sailboat, kayaks, paddle boards, bikes. Cheery 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Morning coffee in the sunroom. Central air. Speedy WIFI and smart TV included. Hiking and biking trails abound. Guest access Smart Keycode will be sent prior to check-in. It will NOT work prior to your arrival time. Note that the garage is not available for guest access and maintenance/housekeeping may access this area as well as those renting outdoor equipment. You will be notified in writing prior to garage use. Other things to note We require all guests to be registered. Please check with host about guest policy. Additional fees may apply and unregistered guests are a violation that could result in the cancellation of your stay. Dogs on site must be licensed. | Eagle Point Resort offers charming spacious suites for our guests — right on the Clark Lake waterfront. Lakefront suites are non-smoking, spotlessly cleaned and tastefully decorated. Each lakefront suite has a private bathroom, air-conditioning, cable TV with DVD player, clock radio, coffee maker, clean bed linens, towels, and kitchen basics. The suites also feature access to wireless internet, our on-site coin laundry and charcoal grills. Adjacent to our suites is Eagle Point Marina and Boat Club. Our full-service marina offers boat and slip rental, a boat launch and is home to Clarklake’s only gas dock. The Ship Wreck Party Store, located next door, has all the forgotten and necessary items you’ll need out for a day on the water or a night at the beach. Check-in time for our suites and cottages is at 3:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM. Late checkout is possible for an additional $50.00, provided the suite is available. | We are located between Irish Hills and Jonesville about 1 mile south of US 12 on Big & Little Goose Lakes in Jerome, MI. About 15 minutes to Brooklyn and Michigan International Speedway. Each of our cabins feature 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, full bath (shower), air conditioning, and furnace (for cool nights), TV with DISH satellite, large covered porch overlooking lakes with gas grill and patio chairs- each cabin also has a private dock, bonfire pit near lake shore (wood provided), paddle boat, row boat, oars, life jackets, picnic table, playground for the little ones, benches and beach chairs.
